Founded by Jed Rice, a skilled operator and experienced construction professional, Burdock Excavating was born out of a passion for the industry and a desire to offer dependable, honest service to the community. I've been around heavy equipment my whole life, having started operating machinery when I was just six years old. After almost five years working in the excavation industry and construction inspector, I decided it was time to strike out on my own.

My extensive experience, both in the field and as a inspector, gives me a unique advantage in understanding the needs of every project from start to finish.
